An Ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance of the Consolidated

Government of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changing the zoning text of

Section 22-32 Off-street Parking Requirements, so as to authorize the decrease

of the number of parking spaces required for shopping centers and developments.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



SECTION 1.



Section 22-32 (C)(23) of the Columbus Code is deleted in its entirety:



SECTION 2.



Section 22-32 of the Columbus Code is amended by adding a new

Subsection (C)(23) to read as follows:



(C) Number of Spaces Required



(6) Shopping centers and Four (4) spaces per

developments one thousand (1,000)

square feet of gross

floor area
