The current term of office of Ms. Virginia Holman and Mr. Jerry Newman on

the Columbus Ironworks Convention & Trade Center Authority will expire on

October 24, 2003. Ms. Holman and Mr. Newman are both eligible to succeed

themselves for one additional 3-year term of office.



Members of this board are nominated by the Mayor and confirmed by the

Council.



Including Ms. Holman and Mr. Newman, there are three members who reside in

Senatorial District 15 and two reside in Senatorial District 16. There is

currently one woman serving on this board.



Enclosed is a copy of our data sheet, as well as a list of the current

members.

Charge/ Mission

This board was established to supervise the manager, employees, buildings,

grounds and operations of the Columbus Iron Works Convention and Trade Center.

It has five (5) members, all of which are nominated by the Mayor and confirmed

by the Columbus Council. Members shall be qualified voters of Columbus.
