Description Meet with the members of Council in an early morning briefing
before the Council Meeting on next week to discuss the purchase of the
telephone systems upgrade from Bellsouth/BSFS. (Request of Mayor Poydasheff)
Have the staff present a copy of the research that went into this to insure the
citizens that this telephone systems upgrade is going to be adequate well
beyond the five-year pay-off time for the lease. (Request of Councilor
