An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government

of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located at 3831 Armour Avenue from SFR2 (Single Family Residential 2) District

to RMF2 (Residential Multi-Family 2) District.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the

Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby

amended by changing the following described property from SFR2 (Single Family

Residential 2) District to RMF2 (Residential Multi-Family 2) District:



All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the State of

Georgia, County of Muscogee, and City of Columbus, and being known as Part of

Lot Numbered 10 of the survey of the property of T.S. Grimes, also known as

Rosemont Survey and being more particularly described as follows:



Commencing at an iron pin on the westerly right-of-way line of Armour Avenue at

the terminus of a mitered corner formed by the intersection of the southerly

right-of-way line of Warm Springs Road with the westerly right-of-way line of

Armour Avenue and run thence South 06 degrees 44 minutes 00 seconds East along

the westerly right-of-way line of Armour Avenue a distance of 802.59 feet to an

iron pin at the point of beginning; thence continue along the westerly

right-of-way line of Armour Avenue South 06 degrees 44 minutes 00 seconds East

a distance of 127.69 feet to an iron pin; thence run South 84 degrees 05

minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 320.05 feet to an iron pin; thence run

North 13 degrees 36 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 132.60 feet to an

iron pin; thence run North 84 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of

181.82 feet to an iron pin; thence run North 84 degrees 58 minutes 30 seconds

East a distance of 154.23 feet to an iron pin at the point of beginning.
