AN ORDINANCE REGULATING VEHICULAR TRAFFIC IN COLUMBUS, GEORGIA BY
DELETING FROM THE ?OFFICIAL STREET MAP, CITY OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA? THE STREET
SEGMENT AND RIGHT-OF-WAY OF BANKERS BOULEVARD FROM THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE
OF BANKERS BOULEVARD SOUTH AN APPROXIMATE DISTANCE OF 141 FEET, DECLARING SAID
STREET SEGMENT SURPLUS FOR DISPOSAL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CITY CODE.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I.
The ?Official Street Map, City of Columbus, Georgia? is hereby amended
as follows:
A portion of Bankers Boulevard beginning at the north right-of-way of
Bankers Boulevard extending south approximately 141 feet shown as parcel ?C? on
the survey drawing of TIC Federal Credit Union property dated February 14, 2004
and made part of this ordinance by reference.
SECTION II.
The street segment and right-of-way described in Section I is hereby
declared surplus property for disposal in accordance with the Columbus Code and
no longer needed for roadway purposes.
SECTION III.
Providing that all existing utility easements of record remain in
effect and providing appropriate width as required by applicable utility
companies shall be reserved for unknown utilities.
SECTION IV.
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance
are hereby repealed.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia held on the

Council held on the ____ day of ____, 2005 and adopted at said meeting by the
