An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government

of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located at #10 and #16 Earl Court from R-4 (High Density Residential) District

to R-3A (Medium Density Residential) District.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the

Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby

amended by changing the following described property from R-4 (High Density

Residential) District to R-3A (Medium Density Residential) District:



All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the State of

Georgia, County of Muscogee, City of Columbus, and known and designated as ALL

OF LOT NUMBERED SIX (6), and the SOUTHERN HALF OF LOT NUMBERED SEVEN (7), in

BLOCK LETTERED ?C?, of the Subdivision known as ?MUSCOGEE HOMES?, as said

property is shown upon a map or plat of said Block ?C?, recorded in Plat Book

2, Folio 201, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee

County, Georgia.
