The term of office of Ms. Sharon Jamison on the Planning Advisory

Commission will expire on March 31, 2005. Ms. Jamison is not eligible to

succeed herself. This will be the end of her second full term of office when

her current term expires.



Including Ms. Jamison, there are two (2) members who reside in Senatorial

District 15 and seven (7) members who reside in Senatorial District 29. There

are currently two women serving on this board.



Mr. Joe Alexander and Ms. Chris Henson are the two alternate members

serving on this board and one of them could be moved up to a regular member

status, if this is the desire of the Council.



Enclosed is a copy of our data sheet, as well as a list of the current

members.
