THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES:
Pursuant to Section 3-103(6) of the Charter of Columbus, Georgia, Councilor R.
Gary Allen is hereby excused from attendance of the Council meeting of
September 14, 2004 for the following reasons:
