An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government

of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located at 3590 Buena Vista Road from C-2 (Neighborhood Shopping) District to

C-3 (General Commercial) District.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the

Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby

amended by changing the following described property from C-2 (Neighborhood

Shopping) District to C-3 (General Commercial) District:



All that tract or parcel of land, lying and being in Columbus, Muscogee County,

Georgia, and being shown and designated as LOT THREE (3), 0.5462 acres, on that

certain map or plat thereof entitled ?Survey of Part of Land Lot 110, Coweta

Reserve, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia,? dated August 5, 1986, and

prepared by Webb Engineering and Surveying, Inc., and recorded in Plat Book 98,

Page 77, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County,

Georgia, to which reference is made for the particular location and dimensions

of said property.



The above-described property is being rezoned with the following condition:



The property shall be restricted to offices and a billboard.
