WHEREAS, Mr. Jose' R. Guerrero, a Sergeant with the Columbus Police Department,
retired on December 31, 2003;
WHEREAS, Sergeant Guerrero has been with the Columbus Police Department since
February 17, 1967;
NOW, THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:
This Council hereby expresses its appreciation for the diligent and faithful
service of
SERGEANT JOSE' R. GUERRERO
who has served with the Columbus Police Department for over 36 years. We wish
for him happiness and contentment in his retirement.

Department, retired on December 31, 2003;
WHEREAS, Detective Copeland has been with the Columbus Police Department since
September 24, 1977;
NOW, THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:
This Council hereby expresses its appreciation for the diligent and faithful
