AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PARKS & RECREATION?S POOL FEE TABLE TO INCLUDE FEES

FOR OUT OF COUNTY RESIDENTS.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY ORDAINS:



Section 1.



The pool fees attached to this Ordinance for the Parks and Recreation

department are hereby adopted and shall be effective June 1, 2003.



Section 2.



All ordinances and parts of ordinances which are in conflict with this

ordinance are hereby repealed.



Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia, held on

the day of May, 2003; introduced a second time at a regular meeting

held on the day of May, 2003 and adopted at said meeting by the

affirmative vote of members of said Council.
