An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government

of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located at 7763 Fortson Road, from R-1A (Low Density Residential) District to

R-3A (Medium Density Residential) District.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the

Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby

amended by changing the following described property from R-1A (Low Density

Residential) District to R-3A (Medium Density Residential) District:



All that lot, tract or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in Columbus,

Muscogee County, Georgia, and being known and designated as all of Lot 26, in

Block Lettered ?Q?, of Revised Replat of Lots 8, 10, 11, and 16, Block ?Q?, of

Replat of Blocks C, D, E, F, G, H, J, K, L, M, N, P, and Q, Victory Heights, as

said lot appears upon a map or plat of said subdivision recorded in Plat Book

38 Page 91 in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County,

Georgia.
