The Columbus, Georgia, Board of Tax Assessors met Wednesday, December 1, 2004,
at 2:00PM with Chairman Lawton Grantham, Assessors Richard Stallings, Ann
Grantham, William Braxton and Pat Hunter present. Also present was Chief
Appraiser Martin J. Land.
Assessor William Braxton made a motion to approve Minutes # 45-04, Assessor Ann
Grantham seconded the motion, motion carried unanimously.
The Board approved assessment corrections for real estate.
The Board reviewed and approved a request for non-taxability for parcel ID 068
040 014 for 2004.
The Board discussed pending personal property court cases.
Chief Appraiser Martin Land presented appeals and assessment corrections for
the Personal Property Division, which were reviewed and approved as follows:
