An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government

of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located at 4831 13th Avenue, from C-3 (General Commercial) District to R-3

(Medium Density Residential) District.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the

Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby

amended by changing the following described property from C-3 (General

Commercial) District to R-3 (Medium Density Residential) District:



All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Columbus, Muscogee

County, Georgia, and being known as Lot 16, Block ?P?, ?Beallwood Heights

Subdivision,? as shown upon a map or plat of said Tract dated November 28,

1952, made by A. G. Kolb, Engineer, and recorded in Plat Book 9, Folio 5, in

the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, to

which reference is made for the particular location and dimensions of said lot.
