Response Staff has investigated the right of way issue and the information we

have does not indicate the City has right of way in this area.

City Staff does not feel it would be feasible to dead-end Armour Road because

traffic would still have to have access to the developed area. We may have to

have additional meetings to discuss this issue.

Staff will contact Sol Loeb concerning truck traffic.
