certain boundaries of a district located at 5385, 5389, 5393, 5397, 5401, 5405,

5409, 5413, 5417, and 5421 Schatulga Road, from R-1A District to M-1 District.

(38-CA-03-Driver) (Mayor Pro-Tem Rodgers) (Both the Planning Advisory

Commission and the Planning Division recommend conditional approval.)



(2) 2nd Reading ? Rezoning approximately 4.5 acres of property located at 1602

Celeste Drive from R-1A and R-2 Districts to an R-2 District.

(41-CA-03-Preston Holdings, LLC) (Councilor McDaniel)(The Planning Advisory

Commission recommends conditional approval and the Planning Division recommends

conditional approval.)



(3) 2nd Reading ? Rezoning property located north of the northeast corner of

Whitesville Road and Williams Road from an A-1 District to an A-0 District.

(4) 2nd Reading - Amending Section 3-5(g) of the Columbus Code so as to permit

the issuance of alcoholic beverage licenses to establishments in a Mill

(Mamie R. Nelms, owner); 3200 Tip Top Drive (Roger Rudd, owner); 400 ? 29th

Avenue, Lt 33 (Spellman-Hung Capital, LLC owner); 3137 Schatulga Road (Willie

(6) Commending and congratulating Los Angeles Dodger pitcher Edwin Jackson upon
