I. GEORGIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION - COUNTY CONTRACT:



Authorization is requested to execute a County Contract Agreement with the

Georgia Department of Transportation to resurface parking lots at Columbus

Technical College. The City will support this project administratively only. An

agenda report and resolution are attached.



II. JUSTICE ASSISTANCE GRANT - EDWARD BRYNE MEMORIAL:



Authorization is requested to apply for and if approved, accept grant funds in

the amount of $133,333 from the Bureau of Justice Assistance, Office of Justice

Programs, for the operation of a Juvenile Drug Court Program. An agenda report

and resolution are attached.

1. HVAC Preventive Maintenance Services (Annual Contract) ?

Bid No. 04-0071

Scope of Bid

Provide preventive maintenance and/or repair service for chillers at

various locations. The contract term shall be for one (1) year, with the option

to renew for two (2) additional twelve-month periods. Contract will

automatically be renewed on the anniversary date of the contract, unless either

party gives a 30-day written notice of cancellation.
