Subject Billings Road Property



Description Have the Engineering staff to provide some guidance, any in-kind

assistance that can be given to the residents in and around the Billings Road

property that is being looked at for a new zoning classification, to try to

address their concerns as it relates to the lake and how these problems can be

corrected. (Request of Mayor Pro Tem Rodgers)



Also, have the staff to look at possibly expanding the sewerage

requirements to address the runoff problems. (Request of Mayor Poydasheff)
