RESOLUTION FOR MR. DAN AMOS:
Have the staff to prepare a resolution congratulating Mr. Dan Amos of
AFLAC on receiving the Torch Award. (Request of Councilor McDaniel)

TO THE CITY MANAGER:
DEMOLITION OF STRUCTURES:
In a Council Work Session, have the staff to show the number of homes that
we have allowed the owners an opportunity to repair versus the number of homes
that have been demolished. (Request of Councilor Woodson)

PARKING LOT:
Have the staff to provide a status report on the property located on
Victory Drive & Torch Hill Road where there is a shopping center whose parking
lot is in really bad condition. Also, let?s look at setting up a meeting with
the property owner. (Request of Councilor Woodson)

PROPERTY ON RIVER ROAD:
Have the staff to provide a status report on the property on River Road
located across from River Road Elementary School, which use to be a gas
station. Also, have some of our staff to go up there and board up that building
and clean this property up. (Request of Councilor Davis)

THE FIRE HOUSE:
Have the staff to look into the complaints of the residents as it relates
to noise at The Fire House and the loud music that is being played, which is
disturbing the residents early in the morning and let?s see what we can do to
assist the residents in this area. (Request of Councilor Henderson)
