Description Have the staff to have someone from the City out at the St. Mary's

Road Shopping Center every Monday for the next few weeks, to make sure that

these people understand we are serious about all this trash that they are

letting blow around from the dumpster in this area from the nightclubs on the

weekend. Also, determine whether or not it is the responsibility of the

Shopping Center or the individual business owners, to keep this are clean.
