SUBJECT: Council Group Photograph







The new Council Group photograph has been scheduled for 8:30 a.m., on March 25,

2003. We regret that we had to reschedule and hope that this does not cause

any inconveniences. We will also have individual photographs for those who

have not taken one or for anyone who would prefer to take another one.



This is a work session Tuesday, but we respectfully ask that everyone arrive

prepared to take the group photograph.



Please let me know by March 21st if you would be unable to be present.
