AN ORDINANCE

An Ordinance amending Section 14-204(h) of the Columbus Code so as to prohibit

trucks from loading or unloading in a residential neighborhood between 10:00

p.m. and 7:00 a.m. This change corrects a printer's error that was later

codified in 1996.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY ORDAINS:



Section 14-204(h) of the Columbus Code is hereby amended by adding after the

words "within 300 feet of any hotel or motel," the following words:
