Subject Traffic Light Resynchronization



Description Have the staff check to see if the traffic lights could be

resynchronized downtown after 6:00 p.m. when the different events are going on

at the Trade Center, Civic Center Rivercenter and the Springer Opera House to

allow the traffic to flow a little different than what it does during the

normal business hours. (Request of Councilor Allen)
