WHEREAS, Mr. John R. Moore, Fleet Maintenance Tech II with the Columbus Public

Services Department, retired on April 30, 2004;

WHEREAS, Mr. Moore has been with the Columbus Public Services Department since

January 19, 1977;

NOW, THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:



This Council hereby expresses its appreciation for the diligent and faithful

service of

MR. JOHN R. MOORE



who has served with the Columbus Public Services Department for over 27 years.

We wish for him happiness and contentment in his retirement.

WHEREAS, Mr. McCarley has been with the Columbus Public Services Department

since March 16, 1987;
