RESOLUTION



NO.



WHEREAS, the Brookstone High School Cheerleaders recently finished fourth in

the Georgia High School Cheerleading Championships;



WHEREAS, the Cougars finished fourth in the Class A competition with 210 points

behind Commerce (236), Bremen (235), and Jefferson (211);



WHEREAS, the accomplishments of the Brookstone High School Cheerleaders are

worthy of special recognition by this Council.



NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:



We hereby commend and congratulate the following members of the Brookstone High

School Cheerleaders upon their fourth-place finish in the Georgia State

Cheerleading Championship: Mary Leavitt Allison, Caroline Castles, Taylor

Castles, Leslee Champion, Cady Ciuba, Andrea Flandry, Hannah Grogan, Lindsay

Hawkins, Katherine Land, Kathleen Pease, Haylee Riddle, Mary Scarborough,

Rebecca Swift, Hannah Thomas, Sally Varner, Lane White and Coach Pam Shuler.

Let a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the above-named participants.

8th day of March, 2005, and adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote of
