A RESOLUTION

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO WATERSTONE DRIVE,

WATERVIEW DRIVE AND WATERSTONE COURT LOCATED IN SECTION TWO, WATERSTONE

SUBDIVISION ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA.

WHEREAS, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying to Columbus,

Georgia, Waterstone Drive, Waterview Drive and Waterstone Court; and,

WHEREAS, said streets have been improved and meet the required specifications;

and,

WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of Columbus, Georgia has inspected said

streets and recommend acceptance of same.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That certain deed dated April 23rd, 2002, conveying to Columbus, Georgia

Waterstone Drive, Waterview Drive and Waterstone Court be and the same is

hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have said deed

recorded in the Deed Records in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court

of Muscogee County, Georgia. A copy of said deed is hereto attached and by

this reference made a part of this Resolution.



Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia, held

the _______ day of ____________ 2002, and adopted at said meeting by the

affirmative vote of ______ members of said Council.
