Subject: New Ambulances / Fire Trucks / New Fire Station

We have received but , " not " taken delivery of three new ambulances and two

new fire trucks . I hope to have everything ready to put them in service next

week . They will be assigned as follows :



One ambulance - Station One - 205 10th Street



One ambulance - Station Six - 1126 Brown Avenue



One ambulance - Station Ten - 1441 Fort Benning Drive



One fire truck - Station Two - 1347 - 29th Street



One fire truck - Station Eleven - 4617 Warm Springs Road



Also , we should be moving into new Fire Station # 10 ( 1441 Fort Benning Road

) within the next ten days . We will be closing the current Station 10 ( 2067

Commerce Street ) and EMS South ( 3321 North Lumpkin Road ) when we move . We

need to replace three fire trucks now . If this could be accomplished our

department would be in excellent shape for " years " to come .
