WHEREAS, Mr. George E. Moore, former employee with the Metra Transportation

Department, died on November 28, 2004;

WHEREAS, Mr. Moore retired on July 1, 1988 after serving 13 years with the

Metra Transportation Department.

NOW, THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:

We hereby convey to the family of Mr. George E. Moore our sincere condolences

and deepest sympathy. Mr. Moore was an outstanding employee with the Metra

Transportation Department and he will be missed by all who knew him.

WHEREAS, Mr. John B. Roberson, former employee with the Public Services

Department, died on November 9, 2004;

WHEREAS, Mr. Roberson retired on February 1, 1990 after serving 16 years with

the Public Services Department.

NOW, THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:

We hereby convey to the family of Mr. John B. Roberson sincere condolences and

deepest sympathy. Mr. Roberson was an outstanding employee with the Public

Services Department and he will be missed by all who knew him.

Department, died on December 18, 2004;

WHEREAS, Mr. Sellers retired on July 1, 1989 after serving 41 years with the

Finance Department.

We hereby convey to the family of Mr. Wallace P. Sellers, Jr. sincere
