The Columbus, Georgia, Board of Tax Assessors met Wednesday, July 23, 2003, at

2:00PM with Chairman Lawton Grantham, Assessors Richard Stallings, Ann

Grantham and Pat Hunter present. Also present was Chief Appraiser Martin J.

Land. Assessor William Braxton was absent.



Assessor Ann Grantham made a motion to approve Minutes #28-03, Assessor Pat

Hunter second it, motion carried unanimously.



Chief Appraiser Martin Land presented seven residential map splits, which were

reviewed and approved by the Board for 2003.



Met with Commercial Division Chief Linda King, reviewed and approved the

following:



2003 Map Splits: 1



Discussion of revaluation for Parcel ID 063 002 003. The Board approved the

decrease in value.



Met with Personal Property Division Chief Oliver Juhan, reviewed and approved

the following:



Assessment Corrections: 9(+)

Appeals: 8(-)

1(NC)
