Subject Mobile Home Park
Description Have the staff to send someone out to look at the mobile home park
located at 3100 Plantation Road and check buildings 400 through 800; where the
grass is high around those mobile homes. Also, look into the complaints that
the ordinances are not being complied with, as it pertains to mobile home
parks. (Request of Councilor Woodson)

Response I believe the mobile home park is on Plateau Dr., which is Pine Grove
Mobile Home Park. We haven't had a complaint from tenants in some time from
there but we will take a look at the park and advise.
