A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO A CUL-DE-SAC AT THE END OF

BRADLEY LAKE BOULEVARD ADJACENT TO TRACT I, BROOKSTONE CENTRE ON BEHALF OF

COLUMBUS, GEORGIA.



WHEREAS, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying to Columbus,

Georgia, a cul-de-sac at the end of Bradley Lake Boulevard adjacent to Tract I,

Brookstone Centre; a full description of said property being shown in said

deed; and,



WHEREAS, the development of said cul-de-sac will enable further development in

this area;



WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of Columbus, Georgia recommends acceptance

of the cul-de-sac.



NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY

RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:



That certain deed dated the __ __ day of __ , 2003 conveying

to Columbus, Georgia, all of the cul-de-sac at the end of Bradley Lake

Boulevard adjacent to Tract I, Brookstone Centre, be and the same is hereby

accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded

in the deed records in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of

Muscogee County, Georgia. A copy of said deed is hereto attached and by this

reference made a part of this Resolution.



Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia, held

the day of _ , and adopted at said meeting by

the affirmative vote of members of said Council.
