MERITORIOUS RESOLUTIONS:



Have the staff to prepare a resolution commending Aquavious Samuels for

winning the gold medal of the long jump in Australia for the Down under Games.

Have the staff to prepare a resolution for the 9-10 boys and 11-year old

boys Northern Little League teams. (Request of Councilor Henderson)

ANIMAL CONTROL ORDINANCE:



Have the staff to make sure that we get those information pamphlets to the

veterinarian offices to make available to pet owners. (Request of Councilor

BASKETBALL GOALS:



Have the staff to do some research and see if there is something that we

can do about individuals having their basketball goals in the street, and if

there is anything in the nuisance law that we can use to identify this

problem. Let?s do some research and discuss it later at a Council Work

SILENT HEROES:



Have the staff to determine if we are going to continue the Silent Heroes

Program to recognize citizens for their service in the community. (Request of

Have the staff to look at keeping the City pools open as long as we can
