SUBJECT: No Parking Ordinance
INITIATED BY: Department of Engineering
Recommendation: Approve the attached ordinance enacting a ?No Parking
Anytime? zone along the north curb of 32nd Street from 12th Avenue to Pierpoint
Avenue. The north curb of 32nd Street already has No Parking Anytime from
Pierpoint Avenue east to Woodlawn Avenue.
Background: The Traffic Engineering Division received a request to enact No
Parking Anytime along this portion of 12th Avenue.

Engineer recommends approval.
Alternatives: Continue to allow parking as it is now.
Financial Considerations: The installation of No Parking Anytime signs
will cost approximately $300.
Legal Considerations: All traffic ordinances require Council approval.
Recommendations/Actions: Approve a No Parking Anytime zone along the north
curb of 32nd Street.
