Also, have the staff to prepare a resolution for the Columbus High School

Girl?s Golf Team and the Brookstone Girl?s Tennis Team. (Request of Councilor

Henderson)

FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICES FOR SOUTH COMMONS:



Have the staff to schedule a Work Session with Fine Host to discuss the

contract for the Food & Beverage Services for South Commons prior to the

contract being renewed. (Request of Councilors Henderson & Turner Pugh)

Have the staff to bring forth the tree ordinance on first reading for next

Have the staff to include in the Councils agenda, the notice of Chad?s

Road One Anniversary Celebration that will be held on May 31, 2002. (Request of

SEMI-AUTOMATIC PISTOLS:



As it relates to the bid openings for semi-automatic pistols on May 22,

2002, have the staff to provide information as to why are we purchasing the

Glock semi-automatic pistols, as we have all Smith & Wesson pistols. (Request

of Councilor McDaniel)

TEMPORARY STREET CLOSING FOR PEACHTREE DRIVE:



Have the staff to check and see if this temporary street closing will

include Park Drive and if so, will those residents be affected by the closing.

If they are, then they need to be made aware of it. (Request of Mayor Pro Tem

Rodgers)
