THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES:
Pursuant to Section 3-103(6) of the Charter of Columbus, Georgia,
Councilor Wayne Anthony is hereby excused from attendance of the Council
meeting of July 29, 2003 for the following reasons:
