Sub: Taxicab Commission







Mr. John Golden, who serves as one of the two taxicab owners on the Taxicab

Commission has recently sold his business. Mr. Golden would like to continue

serving on the Commission; however, there is no provision which would allow him

to do so, as he is no longer the owner of a taxicab company.



The Commission is working on trying to revise the Code section and

Mr. Golden wants to know if there is any way possible that he can continue to

serve to assist the Commission in this regard.
