An ordinance authorizing the members of the Board of Honor to serve

concurrently on other boards of the consolidated government.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY ORDAINS:



SECTION 1.



Section 2-82 of the Columbus Code is hereby amended by adding the following

sentence:



?Notwithstanding any other policy, resolution or ordinance of the Columbus

Council, members of the Board of Honor shall be authorized to serve

concurrently on any other board of the consolidated government.?



SECTION 2.



All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are

hereby repealed.
