ALLOWABLE BUSINESSES:



Have the staff to provide a list of the allowable businesses in a C-3

PROPERTY AT 2332 SOUTH LUMPKIN ROAD:



Have the staff to check the area behind the property at 2332 South Lumpkin

Road, because it is being used as a dump. (Request of Councilor Woodson)

FENCING REQUIREMENTS:



Have the staff to look at the ordinance for fencing requirements for those

owners who have dogs of a certain height at their residences. Also, address the

concerns of a resident in South Columbus area who has a concern in this

regard. (Request of Councilor Woodson)

OLD CUSSETA ROAD:



Have the staff to check and patrol the area on Old Cusseta Road going

towards Fort Benning on the left hand side, as some people have been using that

area as a dumping ground. (Request of Councilor Turner Pugh)

ST. MARY?S ROAD:



Have the staff to check the property at the corner of St. Mary?s Road at

McCartha Drive, because there has been trash cans that have been left out in

front of that house for almost a month. (Request of Councilor Turner Pugh)



OVERGROWN PROPERTY:



Also, have the staff to check the house on St. Mary?s Road right before

you get to the lake that is overgrown, and have someone to clean it up.

VETERANS PARKWAY:



Have the staff to do some research and look at finding a way to put

left-turn lanes on the north and south side of Veterans Parkway, one on Moon

Road and one on Williams Road. (Request of Councilor Henderson)

TRUCK TRAFFIC:



Have the staff to check and see if we have denied access to those larger

trucks, particularly the ones coming from the quarry in the area of Fortson

Road, along that portion of Fortson Road that was redone and is now

intersecting with Double Churches Road. (Request of Councilor Henderson)

13TH AVENUE @17TH STREET:



Have the staff to check the streets at 13th Avenue at 17th Street, where

they are really in bad condition, as one side of the street is torn up very

bad. (Request of Councilor Woodson)
