An Ordinance amending Ordinance #00-34 that amended certain

boundaries of a district located 1182 and 1190 Tate Drive (southernmost part of

2500 Wynnton Road). The purpose of this amendment is to amend condition number

1.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That Ordinance Number 00-34 is hereby amended by deleting Condition

number 1 and replacing it with the following condition:



1. The property shall be required to meet the requirements of the Buffer

Ordinance (Chapter 18A, Article VI of the Columbus Code of Ordinances).
