III: CHRONOLOGY



12-5-03 Housing Code Inspector inspected the property, and found the

structure to be neglected, made photographs of the property, and wrote up

"Inspector's Condemnation Report".



1-14-03 Notice of hearing to be held mailed to owner of record.



1-28-04 Hearing held. Forty-five day "Notice to Repair or Demolish" mailed

to owner.



2-6-04 Ran legal ad.



3-12-04 Inspections revealed that no progress has been made.



3-18-04 Letter mailed to owner that we were requesting asbestos survey,

after which we would get price from Reaves Wrecking, and send to Council

for approval of demolition.



3-18-04 Requested asbestos survey from GLE Associates.



4-16-04 Received asbestos survey from GLE Associates.



4-23-04 Haley Carpenter, Reaves Wrecking Company, Inc., priced the cost of

completing the demolition at $4,655.00 GLE Associates priced the cost of

asbestos survey at $360.00 totaling $5,015.00.



4-28-04 Re-inspections and new photographs revealed that no progress has

been made.
