Have the staff to draft an ordinance that would exempt the Board of Honor
from the non-duality rule as it relates to serving on boards, due to the
limited number of persons available to serve on this board. (Request of Mayor

LETTER OF THANKS:
Have the staff to send a letter of thanks to the other utility companies
who assisted us in restoring power to the residents during the recent ice

Have the staff to go back out and look at the natural detention basin to
make certain that everything is in order with the acceptance of this street.
