An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government

of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located at 4707, 4711, and 4715 11th Avenue; and 1029, 1033, and 1037 47th

Street, from C-3 (General Commercial) District to R-3 (Medium Density

Residential) District.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the

Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby

amended by changing the following described property from C-3 (General

Commercial) District to R-3 (Medium Density Residential) District:

All those lots, tracts or parcels of land situate, lying and being in the City

of Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, and being known and designated as all of

Lots Numbered Thirty-Nine (39), Forty (40), Forty-One (41), Forty-Two (42),

Forty-Three (43), and Forty-Four (44), in Block Six (6), of Hamilton Heights

Subdivision as the said Lots appear upon a map or plat of Hamilton Heights

Subdivision recorded in Deed Book ?ZZ?, Page 57, in the Office of the Clerk of

Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, being the same property described

in Deed Book 1193, Folio 37 and 39 in the said Clerk?s Office.
