An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government

of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located on part of 7209 Williams Hill Road from RE1 (Residential Estate 1)

District to SFR1 (Single Family Residential) District.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the

Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby

amended by changing the following described property from RE1 (Residential

Estate 1) District to SFR1 (Single Family Residential) District:



Begin at an iron stake located at the intersection of the 60 feet right-of-way

of Stillwater Drive and the 60 feet right-of-way of Williams Hill Road; run

along the east line of said Williams Hill Road a distance of 873.24 feet to an

iron stake which marks the POINT OF BEGINNING; from said POINT OF BEGINNING,

run thence northeasterly and counter clockwise along Williams Hill Road an arc

distance of 68.81 feet to an iron stake; leaving Williams Hill Road, run thence

North 72 degrees 28 minutes 51 seconds East a distance of 26.53 feet to an iron

stake; run thence North 58 degrees 37 minutes 37 seconds East a distance of

21.55 feet to an iron stake; run thence South 60 degrees 23 minutes 15 seconds

East a distance of 135.77 feet to an iron stake; run thence South 29 degrees 36

minutes 45 seconds West a distance of 100.0 feet to an iron stake; run thence

North 60 degrees 23 minutes l5 seconds West a distance of 179.38 feet to an

iron stake that marks the POINT OF BEGINNING.
