The terms of office of Mr. William Baird, Mr. Lee R. Grogan, Mr. Robert

Turner and Mr. James S. Wilson on the Land Bank Authority will expire on

October 31, 2004. Mr. Baird, Mr. Turner and Mr. Wilson are eligible to succeed

themselves for one additional term of office. Mr. Grogan is not eligible to

succeed himself, as this will be the end of the second full term of office when

his current term expires. The Mayor appoints two members and the Council

appoints two.



Mr. Turner and Mr. Baird?s are the Mayor?s appointment and Mr. Grogan and

Mr. Wilson are the Council?s appointments.



Mr. Turner is the only board member that resides in Senatorial District

15. There are no women serving on this board.



Enclosed is a copy of our data sheet, as well as a list of the current

members.

TERMS OF OFFICE: Four years. (Ord. No. 92-12, Sec. 5(a) No provision are made

for staggered terms as all terms expire on the same date.



POWERS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES: See Ord. No. 92-12.



COMPENSATION: Members are not compensated. (Ord. 92-12, Sec. 5(a)



SUCCESSION OF MEMBERS: Members cannot succeed themselves after having served

to, consecutive full terms. See Col. Code, Sec 2-1, for general provision

applying to all boards, commissions and authorities.
