In response to Councilor Allen, as to when did Mr. Allen Denham and Mrs.

Earnestine Thomas begin serving on the Building Authority, I submit the

following for your information.



Ms. Allen Denham was nominated on April 3, 2001 to succeed

Mr. William Nigh and then confirmed on April 10, 2001. His first term of

office expired on March 24, 2003. On March 4, 2003 Mr. Denham was nominated for

a second term of office and confirmed on March 11, 2003. This will be the end

of his second full term of office on the board; therefore, he is not eligible

to succeed himself.



Ms. Earnestine Thomas was nominated on May 1, 2001 to succeed Mr. Scott

Voynich and then confirmed on May 8, 2001. Her first term of office expired on

March 24, 2003. On March 4, 2003 she was nominated for a second term of office

and confirmed on March 11, 2003. This will be the end of her second full term

of office on this board; therefore, she is not eligible to succeed herself.



These are two-year terms of office.
