I. QUIT CLAIM:



Authorization is requested to execute a Quit Claim Deed to Lake Bottom

Properties, LLC, for easements to property located at 2006 and 2010 Newton

Street (Parcel 1517). An agenda report, resolution, and map are included.



II. ACCEPTANCE OF STREET - BENTLEY DRIVE:



Authorization is requested to for the acceptance of a deed to Bentley

Drive, located in Phase One Cedar Pointe Subdivision. The Department of

Engineering has inspected this street and recommends the acceptance. An agenda

report, map, and resolution are included.



III. JUVENILE COURT JUDGES OF GEORGIA - GRANT:



Authorization is requested to submit a request for additional funds

from the Council of Juvenile Court Judges of Georgia to use for the Juvenile

Offenders Program. An agenda report and resolution are attached.

Provide Columbus Consolidated Government with professional surveying services

Transportation. The units will be replacements for fixed route revenue buses

Provide one 30-ft low floor clean diesel transit bus for METRA Transportation.

The unit is a replacement for one that is beyond its useful life.
