An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government

of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located at 5069 Warm Springs Road, from R-1A (Low Density Residential) District

to A-O (Apartment-Office) District.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the

Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby

amended by changing the following described property from R-1A (Low Density

Residential) District to A-O (Apartment-Office) District:



All that lot, tract and parcel of land situate, lying and being in the State of

Georgia and County of Muscogee and being known and designated as ALL OF LOT

NUMBERED SEVEN (7), PART OF LAND LOT FOUR, EIGHTH DISTRICT, MUSCOGEE COUNTY,

GEORGIA as shown upon a map or plat of said Subdivision dated December 12,

1968, made by Siegel Engineering Company, Civil Engineers, and recorded in Plat

Book 44, Folio 125, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of

Muscogee County, Georgia, to which reference is made for the particular

location and dimensions of said lot.



The above-described property is being rezoned with the following conditions:



1. All lighting shall be directed internally using deflectors.

2. No external trash dumpsters / compactors shall be located along the property

line bordered by the R-1A zoning district.
