Description Have the staff to come back to the Council and do a presentation

regarding the cost of scrapping the roads and maybe look at having the

neighbors to pay for the cost of scrapping the roads and we provide the

equipment. Bring back several different proposals in this regard. (Request of

Councilor Allen)
