Emergency Medical Services, retired on October 31, 2004;
WHEREAS, Mr. DeBice has been with the Columbus Department of Fire and Emergency
Medical Services since May 1, 1970.
NOW, THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:
This Council hereby expresses its appreciation for the diligent and faithful
service of
MR. JIMMY D. DEBICE
