O R D I N A N C E S:
(1) 1st Reading ? Amending Section 14-225 of the Columbus Code so as to require
approval or denial of adult entertainment permits within a 30-day time period,
to provide standards for issuance of such permits and to provide prompt
judicial review of denials of such permits; and for other purposes. (Councilor
Poydasheff)
(2) 1st Reading ? Amending Chapter 16A so as to increase the membership of the
Board of Trustees for the Columbus, Georgia Employees' Pension Plan, Disability
Income Plan, Death Benefit Plan for Retirees, and Public Safety Pension Plan
from ten members to eleven members; and for other purposes. (Councilor
Poydasheff)
(3) 1st Reading ? Providing for the demolition of the structures located at
1336 24th Street (Columbus Sign Co., owner), 5029 11th Avenue (Greenlee,
Catherine, Owner), and for demolition services for the Inspections and Code
Division in accordance with a Tabulation of Bid sheet. (Mayor Pro-Tem Rodgers)
